๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช Irish Military Units

Owned by Irish citizens, in Ireland, with a majority of Irish citizens.

How MUs are selected
  • Owner nationality. The MU's owner must currently be an Irish citizen. Owners who've migrated away get filtered out, even if they founded the MU.
  • MU country. When the MU exposes its own country (under countryId, country, nationalityId, or nationality), it must be set to Ireland. MUs without any country field skip this check rather than being dropped, so missing data doesn't wipe the list.
  • Member majority. At least half of the MU's members must be Irish. MUs with a mostly foreign roster are dropped even when the owner is local.
  • In the expanded members list, Irish citizens are marked ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช and non-citizens are marked ๐ŸŒ and dimmed. The Irish stat on each card shows the ratio.

๐Ÿค Buddy Finder

Find a buddy for the Irish buddy system, or join the waiting list.

What's the buddy system?

Two Irish citizens hire each other at minimum wage. Net wages roughly cancel, but both companies gain a worker, so production goes up on both sides without a real wage bill. It only works if both sides have similar skill levels. An 80โšก player paired with a 20โšก player is a bad deal for the bigger producer. This tool helps you find a fair match.

Show me the maths ยท why buddy beats working for a stranger

The setup

You and Buddy each own a company. You both work 10 times a day. Two options:

  • Stranger: you work for someone else at 0.135/click. Your own company sits idle.
  • Buddy: you work at Buddy's for 0.092 (minimum wage). Buddy works at yours for 0.092.

What you and your company get per day

StrangerBuddy
You earn (after 8% tax)+1.24+0.85
Your company pays out0โˆ’0.92
Your company producesnothinga day's work from Buddy
Coins in pocket+1.24โˆ’0.07

So you "lose" 0.07 coins. What do you get back?

A whole day of Buddy's work, done at your company. Roughly ~160 production points if Buddy's stats are decent. That's enough to make around 16 manufactured goods (concrete, food, weapons, whatever your company builds).

Selling those goods on the market brings in way more than the 0.07 coins you "lost". Exactly how much depends on your bonuses and current prices, but the gap is huge.

One bonus tip

Energy levels add +0.1 clicks/hour. Entrepreneurship levels add +0.05 clicks/hour. Energy is twice as good per skill point. So put your points into Energy and let someone else do the working at your company. The buddy system is how you do that.

Bottom line: you give up 0.07 coins a day. You gain a whole day of production. Both buddies win, as long as you're roughly the same skill level.

Numbers above are rough. The shape holds for any normal pair. If your pair becomes mismatched (this tool flags it), the bigger producer is losing out; switch to someone closer to your level.

๐Ÿ“ Join / leave the waiting list

When someone searches for a match, the tool picks from this list first. Submit the same username again to remove yourself.

โณ Heads up: it takes about a minute for your name to actually land on the list. We're cheap b*stards trying to avoid paying for a proper backend, so the list is updated by a free GitHub job that takes its sweet time. Submit once, go make a cup of tea, you're grand.

๐Ÿ” Find a buddy

Enter your in-game username. We'll suggest Irish citizens with similar skill levels who are available to pair up. Players on the waiting list are prioritised.

How matching works ยท methodology

1. Your stats

We look up your โ†— production (PP per work click) and โšก energy (work clicks per day). Your max daily output is roughly production ร— energy ร— 0.343 (empirically calibrated from 10%/hour energy regen ร— ~7 energy per work action).

2. The candidate pool

Other Irish citizens who are either:

  • On the waiting list, prioritised
  • Currently unpaired, open to a new match
  • Mismatched, in a pair with a large skill gap, who could use a better partner

Players in balanced pairs are skipped, because pairing them would break a working arrangement.

3. Ranking

Three-tier sort: waitlist members first, then mismatched-pair members, then everyone else. Within each tier, closest skill level to yours wins.

The waiting list is self-cleaning

A daily job removes anyone who's since found a balanced buddy. People in mismatched pairs stay on, since they're getting shortchanged.

What if my skills change after I'm paired?

If a balanced pair drifts (one buddy grinds skills faster), the pair gets flagged as mismatched automatically, and both members become findable in match searches with an orange badge. You don't need to do anything. Just check back if you want a better match.

The data

Live calls to the War Era Gateway via the warera-proxy Cloudflare Worker. No data stored about you, except the username + userId on the waiting list (if you opt in). Everything else is computed fresh each time.

Your stats

๐Ÿ“Š Recommended Skill Point Allocation (Eco Mode)
A smooth split you can follow as you level up, without ever needing to reset and re-spend.
How this works
  • You get 4 skill points per level. Some of those have to go into Companies limit and Management first, based on how many companies you own and workers you manage.
  • Whatever's left gets optimized across Entrepreneurship, Energy, and Production to maximize your production points per hour.
  • Eco Mode is a steadier split that never asks you to take back a point you've already spent โ€” better for normal play where you're not resetting every level-up.
  • Any SP left over after the recommended allocation isn't wasted โ€” it's shown as saved for your next level-up, where it will unlock the next upgrade.

โฑ Employee Clock-In Monitor

See when each of your workers last clocked in. Wage transactions are the source of truth.

Enter your War Era username above to begin.
How this works

The short version

Every time one of your workers does a work cycle, you pay them a wage. That wage is timestamped and stored in the game's transaction history. We pull those timestamps for each of your workers, group them into clock-in episodes, and plot them on a 48-hour timeline.

What the colours mean

  • Active โ€” clocked in within the last 24 hours. They're working.
  • Slowing โ€” last clock-in was 24 to 48 hours ago. Worth a nudge.
  • Idle โ€” no clock-ins in the last 48 hours. They've stopped showing up.

What the timeline shows

The line under each worker is the last 48 hours, with "now" on the right and 48h ago on the left. Each green dot is one clock-in episode. Hover a dot to see the exact time, production points earned, and โ‚ฟ paid.

Lots of dots bunched together means a busy worker. A gap on the right means they've been quiet recently. Click Show detail on a worker to see each episode listed individually with the rest periods between them.

Episodes vs. individual cycles

A worker can do several work cycles back-to-back in quick succession โ€” the game settles these as separate wage transactions but they all happen at roughly the same moment. To keep the timeline readable, cycles that happen within 4 minutes of each other are grouped into a single episode. The displayed production points and โ‚ฟ are the combined totals for the episode, so nothing gets lost โ€” it's just shown as one dot instead of a cluster of overlapping ones.

Projected payroll

The panel under the worker list answers: roughly how much will I pay out over the next few hours? Three figures:

  • Next 3h / Next 6h โ€” based on your average payroll rate over the last 24 hours. Total โ‚ฟ paid in the last day, divided by 24, multiplied by the window. A simple "if the next few hours look like the average of yesterday".
  • Next 10h (if maxed) โ€” assumes every worker has been idle long enough for their energy bar to fill completely, then comes back and burns through it all. Each worker's max energy รท 10 (the cost of one work action) gives their number of clicks. The 10-hour window matters because energy regenerates at 10% of max per hour, so 10 hours is exactly how long it takes for an empty bar to fill back up โ€” being idle for longer doesn't accumulate more. This is the worst-case payroll if the whole roster cashed out today.

Each card also shows the actual โ‚ฟ paid in the matching window (last 3h, last 6h, last 10h) โ€” useful for spotting whether you're currently in a busier or quieter stretch than the 24h average suggests.

Things to know

  • One worker, one employer. In War Era a worker can only hold one work contract at a time, so every wage they receive is from you โ€” that's why the clock-ins shown are real and complete.
  • Dot density isn't effort. A high-wage worker does fewer (but bigger) cycles than a low-wage one. Two workers with very different dot counts can be putting in the same hours.
  • Empty timeline isn't a fired employee. If someone's on contract with you but hasn't clocked in for 48h, you'll still see their card โ€” just with no dots. They're idle, not gone.
  • The last few minutes may be missing. The data is scraped from the game, so very fresh clock-ins might not appear until the next scrape.

Sharing a view

Once you've loaded your roster, the URL updates to include your username (e.g. #clockin?u=toie). Bookmark it or share it โ€” opening that link will reload the same view straight away.

For the curious: where the data comes from

Under the hood, this calls a few endpoints on the War Era Gateway: search.searchAnything and user.getUserLite to find your account, company.getCompanies + worker.getWorkers for your roster, and transaction.getPaginatedTransactions (filtered to wage) for each worker's recent clock-ins. We also keep each worker's energy and production stats from the same user.getUserLite call (no extra requests) for the "if maxed" ceiling. Wage transactions are modelled as trades โ€” the worker sells their labour (sellerId), you buy it (buyerId) โ€” so we keep only the ones where the worker is the seller, AND you're the buyer, to filter out their own outgoing payroll and any work they did for other employers. The whole thing runs in your browser. Nothing is stored.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Wealth Monitor

Track any Irish player's wealth over time โ€” total, or broken down by source.

How this works
  • The wealth breakdown is public: user.getUserById returns stats.wealth = { companies, items, money, equipments, weapons, total } โ€” the exact figures on the profile. The current value is read live when you look a player up.
  • All Irish citizens are snapshotted daily by a GitHub Action into a per-player history file. The chart buckets those daily snapshots by day, week or month in your browser; the live value is plotted as the final point. Periods with no snapshots show as real gaps in the line.
  • Only Irish citizens can be looked up. Append ?bypass=1 to the URL to lift that gate for admin or debugging.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Daily Profit

What each product is worth per production point, and your projected daily profit โ€” auto-filled from the game.

How to use

Type your War Era username and hit Load. You'll get your estimated profit per day (companies, salary, missions, case sales) and a table of which products pay best. It all fills in from the game automatically; then you can fine-tune:

  • Tick only the missions you actually complete.
  • Enter cases sold today, and any company moves / production changes.
  • Adjust the engine / staff boxes to try "what if". Totals update instantly.
๐Ÿ’ก Tool idea, formulas & testing by Adro.
How this works ยท methodology
  • Net / PP = (salePrice โˆ’ ฮฃ(recipe ร— rawPrice)) รท productionPoints โ€” the raw profit per production point, before the region bonus (the bonus is applied to the PP throughput instead). Recipes & production points from gameConfig; prices are the live market lowest offer (best ask, what the game shows) via tradingOrder.getTopOrders; the production bonus from the same region/country model the Migration Advisor uses (best region shown).
  • Daily throughput โ‰ˆ your employees' output (production ร— energy ร— 0.24 ร— (1 + fidelity) PP/day each), your own self-work (production ร— entrepreneurship ร— 0.24, no fidelity/wage), plus each company's automated-engine production. It's an estimate โ€” edit the field to match your real numbers.
  • Max company / Max employee are theoretical upper bounds: 100% of your company AE (or all your employees, incl. you, minus their wages) producing that one product at its best bonus. Total max adds them. Actual / day sums what your companies currently make of each item.
  • Prices come live from the market (lowest sell offer). The warerastats average is only a fallback for any item whose order book is empty.
  • Irish-citizens only (?bypass=1 lifts it).

๐Ÿ“– Tax Rebate Calculation Tool โ€” Partner Guide

This is the guide for any country with a factory tax-rebate arrangement with Ireland. It explains how a deal gets set up, how it gets logged, and how you check your own numbers.

What this actually does

Every day, a script scans the relevant factories, works out how much tax they generated, and works out the rebate owed under your deal's terms. That gets logged automatically โ€” nobody has to type numbers in by hand, and nobody has to trust anyone's word for it. You can go back and check any day's figures at any time.

It is not a live calculator you can query on demand โ€” it's a daily settlement log. Today's figure appears once the daily scan has run (usually mid-afternoon UTC); it doesn't update in real time.

One-time setup: getting your country's password

We give you one password for your country. It does two things:

  • Proves you actually represent your country when proposing a deal (rather than letting anyone propose terms in your name).
  • Unlocks viewing every deal your country is a party to on the dashboard โ€” you don't need a different password per deal.

Keep it private; don't post it publicly. If you don't have one yet, ask us for one.

Proposing a deal

  1. Go to the Tax Rebate Calculation Tool page.
  2. Click "+ Propose a new deal".
  3. Fill in:
    • Deal name โ€” anything descriptive, e.g. "Ireland โ€“ Yemen Factory Tax Rebate".
    • Home country โ€” the country whose citizens own the factories (type the name, pick it from the dropdown).
    • Host country โ€” your country (type the name, pick it from the dropdown).
    • Your country's password โ€” the password we gave you (see above).
    • Home-citizen rebate % and Non-home-citizen rebate % โ€” the two rebate rates your deal agrees to. These can be different (e.g. a higher rebate for the home country's own citizens working in your factories, a lower one for everyone else).
    • Start date โ€” the first day the deal applies from. Anything before this date is never logged for the deal.
  4. Click Create deal.

What happens next

There's no manual review step โ€” a valid submission goes live immediately, and the first daily snapshot is captured shortly after. Double-check the rebate percentages and start date before creating a deal; whoever holds a country's password can create real, immediately-live terms for it.

If a submission fails, you'll see an error explaining why (wrong password, dates in the wrong format, rebate percentages out of range, etc.) โ€” just fix it and resubmit.

Viewing your data

  1. Go to the Tax Rebate Calculation Tool page.
  2. Select your country from the first dropdown.
  3. Select the deal from the second dropdown.
  4. Enter your country's password.

The same password unlocks every deal your country is a party to โ€” as the country that set it up, or as the other side of it โ€” you don't need to remember a different one per deal. You'll only ever see your own deals' numbers โ€” nothing about any other country's arrangement is shown or linked from this page.

What the dashboard shows

  • Today's rebate due โ€” the manual rebate owed based on today's logged scan.
  • This week's rebate due โ€” accrued since Monday.
  • Previous week's rebate due โ€” last week's final total, once a new week has started.
  • Gross tax generated โ€” the total wage tax your factories generated this week, before any rebate.
  • Workers โ€” how many workers were counted in today's scan.
  • Home-country vs. non-home-country citizens โ€” the rebate is split by worker citizenship, shown side by side with each rate.
  • Paper transfer tax โ€” settling a rebate through the game's "Send money to country" mechanic costs paper (50% if allied, 100% if not). This section shows the current paper price, what it'll cost to pay this week's rebate, how much paper is needed, and the net amount after that cost.
  • Settlement report โ€” a ready-to-send summary with a Copy button. Please transfer is the rebate amount after deducting the paper cost your country pays to send it โ€” not the gross rebate figure. Formatted like:
Yemen โ†’ Ireland Tax Rebate Settlement
    Period: 29 Jun โ€“ 5 Jul

    Gross tax generated: โ‚ฟX
Manual rebate owed to Ireland: โ‚ฟX
Automatic citizenship tax already handled by game: โ‚ฟX
    Yemen retained: โ‚ฟX
Paper transfer cost (Yemen's responsibility): โˆ’โ‚ฟX

    Please transfer: โ‚ฟX

A few things worth knowing

  • The game's automatic 30% remittance is separate and already excluded. The rebate figure here is only the additional manual amount your deal adds on top of what the game already auto-remits to each worker's citizenship country.
  • If a day is missing figures, it usually means the daily scan didn't see data (an API hiccup) โ€” it retries automatically later the same day rather than logging a false zero.
  • Rebate rates can change over time. If your deal's terms are renegotiated, let us know and we'll update it โ€” historical days keep the rate that was in force when they were logged, so past settlements are never silently recalculated under new terms.
